Great breakfast and lovely staff. The room was comfortable, and the location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. We also appreciated the good water pressure when we showered.
The staff was too pushy about a towel fee, which really put us off. It was even challenging to get a cell phone signal.

The location of the hotel is great - surrounded by some of the best restaurants and a close stroll to the downtown. the staff was friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was inexpensive and excellent too. the hotel was clean, quiet, and restful.
The staff was overly aggressive and pushy about paying an insane amount of fee for a damaged towel I used for cleaning up my blood from a head injury. the wifi was terrible, with no signal in the bedrooms and even for cell service.
